Konfexim-2 was set up as joint venture in 1990 and converted to a limited company in 1994. Since the beginning, company’s main goal was making specialistic sports clothes. The first contract was an agreement concerning production of windsurfing clothes for WindWard. Later on, we started the co-operation with many famous foreign companies, e.g. Scubapro.      In July 1997, the flood disturbed the company’s development and production plans. Despite huge losses that the company made, and despite the lack of interest from the part of the State, the company managed to resume production after only two months. However, it did not change the fact that the company was not able to continue production in the best sales period.      In next years, the company took part in trade fair and specialistic exhibitions, e.g. the Olsztyn International Fair AKWEN, Wind and Water, where the company won numerous prizes. In 1999, the company was awarded the trade mark “TERAZ POLSKA”. On May 4 th, 1999, in Warsaw, the Chapter of Polish Promotion Trade Mark chose the prize-winners of the IXth edition of the contest from among 65 nominees. The Chapter acknowledged the uality, the design and the trade values of EQUES neopren clothes and awarded the trade mark “TERAZ POLSKA” to Konfexim-2. Nowadays, most of Konfexim goods are produced under EQUES brand name. EQUES is well known in the Polish diving, windsurfing and other water sports clothes market.          Click the picture      The company supplies the products to wholesale dealers and equipment shops, but also sells the goods to the police, fire-brigades, and the army. In recent years, not only clothes have become Konfexim’s domain. Neopren orthopaedic stabilizers, draught vests and protective socks for cyclists have been put on the market.      In order to confirm the quality of EQUES suits, the Dualdive, Ultimate and Cordutech suits have been thoroughly tested. As a result of the examination performed in May 2005 by I.N.P.P. no 0078 in accordance with the 89/686/CEE directive the suits were certificated with the CE mark.      Examination and the certification were partly funded by Polish Agency for Enterprise Development (PAED) with funds assigned from the State Budget and European Union. ::.. copyright (c) konfexim-2; designed by imagination ..::
